Shipping is free on every order, with tracking on every parcel. Buy 2 items and 10% comes off automatically at checkout, 3 items is 15%, and 4 or more is 20%. No codes needed.

When will my order arrive?

Orders arrive in 7 to 13 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting weekends and Canadian public holidays. On every product page you'll see the real dates for an order placed today.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking link. You can also open the tracking page at any time.

We ship to addresses in Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada only. All prices on our site are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping costs

  • Orders of $60 CAD or more ship free.
  • Orders under $60 CAD ship for a flat rate of $9.95 CAD.

We also run automatic order discounts from time to time — for example, spend $120 CAD and save 10%, or spend $250 CAD and save 15%. Any active discount is applied automatically at checkout; no code needed.

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 13 business days of being placed:

  • 1 to 3 business days to prepare and process your order
  • 6 to 10 business days for delivery

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Canadian public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasionally carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand can extend delivery times.
